Who processes your data

What we collect

This site has no contact forms and does not collect data automatically for marketing.

We only process the data you voluntarily provide when you contact us via WhatsApp or email (e.g. name, contact detail and the content of your message), in order to reply and, if you decide to proceed, to manage the project.

Why and for how long

We use this data only to respond and manage any collaboration (legal basis: your consent / pre-contractual steps). We keep messages for as long as needed to handle the request and related obligations.

Third-party services

The site is hosted on Vercel, which may record technical logs (e.g. IP address) for security and operation. WhatsApp and email are provided by their respective operators under their own privacy policies.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, or object to processing, by writing to hello@nord-studio.it. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
